I'm still looking into the legal issues regarding privacy laws in the state of California and my band pictures web site. Worst case, I'll ask the bands to sign releases allowing me to display the pictures on my site, but I'm hoping my assumption was correct that any event that's available to the general public is fair game as long as neither the venue nor the band asks you not to shoot.In the mean time, if there's a picture here of your band that you don't like, don't be a dick about it.
