Victoria Jacobs & Paul Lacques at Goldfingers

Victoria and Paul played a short set before The Centimeters went on, with Victoria on acoustic and vocals and Paul playing running leads through the whole thing. Victoria's singing & songwriting calls Lucinda Williams to mind, with a pretty but plaintive voice and simple roots rock themes. Paul's leads are hypnotic, which you know if you've ever seen him with Double Naught Spy Car.
