I sent Steve off to take posed pics and he took one of Derrick Anderson and my sister Marilyn and 3 of his favorite subject, Lisa Mychols of the Masticators and Kickstand. |

I thought the members of Tom Racer (who played Saturday) looked young, but then I saw Kyle warming up for Even Rude, and I thought these guys are as bad as the Dodgers. Turned out Kyle wasn't the drummer. I think he's the drummer's son (correct me if I'm wrong here). Even Rude played a great set and so I followed Steve's example and took a picture of Lisa Mychols with them. |

I had a lot of trouble with names at WFC. First I called Bobby "Robby" Saturday and then I called Nipper "Gwen" on Sunday. My apologies to both parties. I would blame it on the beer, but I hadn't had any on Sunday when I was talking to Kerry & Nipper. It was the coffee, that's it. Does it to me every time. From now on, I will be addressing all rock stars as "oh exalted one", that should keep me out of trouble.The picture of Bobby was taken just as the Piper Downs were taking the stage for the closing set. It's their drummer, Chris Novicki. He thought the set was later. Jason Rarick filled in nicely for a few numbers and then Garner took over for the jams with the All Stars. |
