Liberal Materialists at Brennans Pub

Second, I was still burning disks in the early evening, so we got to Brennan's about 15 minutes before we were supposed to go on. Thus we had to set everything up in a frenzy, and then play straight away, so we were all dripping sweat and my face was beet red flushed. Despite all that, it went pretty well. Since the Liberal Materialists only play a couple of gigs a year, we usually get all excited and rush all the tempos of songs, but for this gig we did a good job of keeping the tempos un-frenzied.

At the start of our set, I handed Susan West my camera and asked her to take a few shots during the show. She did a very good job for someone who'd never used the camera, though she did take a bunch more of me than the other band members. I guess that's because I'm a soooper-stah! :-) Thanks Susan.
