As I mentioned in the notes for the Third Grade Teacher set, this gig was billed as being on December 31, 2000, but they neither band played until after midnight. Also, as I mentioned in the 3GT page, I'd much rather have seen much longer sets by these two bands and nothing by the South Bay Surfers. The Centimeters started out small, with Nora playing a solo song with her organ, the chorus of which was an eerie cackling (which she encouraged the audience to join her in). After that the rest of the band joined her, and they had a full contingent of musicians playing with them, including Rebecca Lynn on violin, Blake Strongwood on keyboards, and Bret who played some keyboards, saxophone, and violent interaction with Max.
