The Centimeters at Goldfingers

Just when ya' think you're gonna settle in for an evening of the classics (you know, like Dracula Gary and I Want a Dead One), the Centimeters start playing some weird shit. Ray and Nora had a passle of new songs for this gig. I think the only song I knew that they played was Fangs, but the new stuff was hypnotic and scary and wonderful.

Rich has dropped out of the Centimeters since the last time I saw them, so Phillip had to cover the keyboards by himself. Rebecca Lynn was sitting in on violin for this gig, and that added a cool dimension to the music. Nora also played some keyboards this time on a little organ, for some of the more haunting songs of the set, particularly the one where Rebecca accompanied her on violin.
