This was the 100th show that I've shot pictures of Third Grade Teacher, and it was a great one. The Fireants & Dynamo Hum had the crowd worked into a near frenzy, and 3GT came out and pushed `em right over the edge from the start with Rageaholik. They kept up that energy all the way to the Psychedelic One/Tongues climax at the end. Sabrina spent almost as much time prowling through the audience as she did on stage, keeping the crowd mesmerized. Any durn fool who was over at Captain Creems was missing out, `cause the really sexy women were on stage at the Gypsy Lounge. What a difference from the first show I saw. The drummer and bass player were different. Other than Schoolboy, Psych One & Tongues, the setlist was different (In fact they played 3 brand new songs, only one of which I had heard before). There were a lot of things that were consistent with that first show as well: excellent songwriting, tight cohesive musicianship, outstanding performance and of course Sabrina & Dave, the heart and soul of 3GT.
